Thank you for sponsoring the Green Living Festival.  You will receive your Sponsor agreement within a few days of your acceptance of our sponsorship proposal. Please return the executed agreement promptly, by either printing/signing/scanning or by affirmative email reply with the attached agreement.

 

Please complete each of the following steps as soon as possible:

1. register for your exhibit space (see instruction at www.migreenteam.com/glfexhibit)
   * check out event map and select exhibit location
   * review and accept on-line exhibitor agreement
   * select (order) desired optional service levels, regardless of whether they’re included in your sponsorship
   * select Manual payment, so MGT can make any needed adjustments
   
2. upon receipt of invoice, send full payment by check
   * to MI Green Team, PO Box 81113, Rochester, MI 48308
   * your receipt will be emailed upon payment
3. send logo files for print (.eps) and web (.jpg, .tif, .png) to info@migreenteam.com
   * upon receipt, logo will be published/displayed per sponsor agreement
   
4. visit www.migreenteam.com/glfpromote for partner advertising ordering information
   * check your Agreement for included ad sizes
   * place order for Event Guide, either at included or upgrade size/color - see OP Event Guide rate card
      * send print-ready file to Marissa marissa.raymo@oakpress.com
   * optionally upgrade your ExpoTec Smart Phone App ad/listing
   
5. register for special events/participation

7. Activate your sponsorship through active promotion of your GLF participation
   * review GLF Promote webpage for promotional suggestions and resources
      * place announcements in customer/employee newsletters, email blasts, blogs
      * conduct social media networking (ask others to like MI GREEN TEAM)
      * get posters/postcards (see Events Calendar for MGT meetings) or order from info@migreenteam.com
