GLF Exhibitor Information
Businesses and organizations committed to a brighter, greener future are invited to exhibit at the Green Living Festival. The event offers a unique opportunity to connect with tens of thousands of attendees interested in healthy and green living. The festival offers exhibitors:
- Exposure - Your organization will be exposed to large audience of health-conscious consumers, eager to learn about your healthy, eco-friendly, and responsible products and services.
- Sales Prospects -You may take orders and sell products or services at the event. You may also develop a list of prospects who visit your booth.
- Networking - You can connect with other businesses and organizations that share your vision and values, and learn what is available to improve the health and eco-friendliness of your business.

- Fun - The festival is one of the largest green/wellness celebrations on the planet!
Exhibitors receive a cost-effective promotional space, including:
- 10'x10' covered or BYO tent booth space
- 8' x 30" uncovered table
- 1 folding chair
- website, event guide and map listings
- discounts on optional advertising opportunities & electrical service ($50/outlet)
- backdrop (tent sidewall or pipe & drape) for inside tent booths
Exhibitor Levels
Several festival venues and booth types are available. Pricing has been simplified and reduced from past years and reflects an early-bird discount through February 28 . This year, the final event layout will be determined after registration, to accommodate the number and preferences of participants.

Exclusivity
To promote diversity and insure value to each exhibitor, a limited number of exhibitors will be accepted in each category.
Registration will be open, to MI Green Team members only, according to the schedule above. If past experience is any indication, preferred exhibit levels and many product categories will sell out quickly, and all exhibits will sell out well before the festival. The deadline for event guide listing is May 15th.
Registration
This year, exhibits will be assigned after registration process and before the event. Exhibitors selecting the preferred location will be able to select their booth location from an interactive event map approximately 1 month prior to the event, in registration date order. Other exhibitors will be assigned booth location by MGT, after preferred selections, and in registration order.

Payment for exhibitor fees, and any optional items, can be made on-line or by check within 30 days of event registration. Upon receipt of payment, your reservation/registration will be confirmed, your GLF listing published on-line, and your annual MGT membership renewed.
