Green Living Parade & Pep Rally
Don't let the parade pass you by!
Enjoy the
Green Living Parade, starting at 10am at the 3rd & East Street intersection and ending at the festival's Main Stage with a
Pep Rally until 11am.
Rochester police and fire vehicles will lead a parade of "green" walkers, bikers, musicians, performers, drummers, cars, pets, dancers, displays and more!
Line up for the parade will begin at 10am in the parking lot behind the Rochester Conservatory. Participants may park in the adjacent (east) Farmers Market parking lot.The parade will run north on East Street to the parking lot just south of University Drive, east through the lot, south on Water Street to 3rd, east on Third and north through the festival.
A Pep Rally will follow at the festival's Main Stage, behind (east of) the Rochester Mills building.
Cash prizes will be awarded, at the rally, for best display, costume and kids entry ($50 each), as well as for the largest group ($100).
