MGT can provide a complete project plan designed to meet your project goals within budget. Plans can include both logistics and programming, and cover all phases from initial planning through goal reporting.
Grant Writing & Reporting
MGT staff have written many successful grants for educational programs and events, including with the MI Dept. of Energy, Labor and Economic Growth. MGT has provided extensive grant reporting and accounting for each of its grant.
Sponsorship Development & Management
MGT provides access to potential corporate sponsorship, from an impressive list of past event sponsors, including DTE, The Home Depot, Oakland University, and Chrysler, and from its sponsorship sales efforts. MGT provides sponsor package development, solicitation, agreement and management. In total, MGT-run events have benefitted from hundreds of thousands in cash sponsorships.
Exhibitor Sales & Services
Over the past 5 years, MGT has provided exhibit opportunities to hundreds of green/wellness organizations covering virtually every green/wellness category including automobile manufacturing and alternatives, food & farming, energy systems and savings, home items and improvements, personal and beauty care, clothing and gifts, and many more.
Marketing & Publicity
MGT is able to leverage years of experience and many contacts to produce cost-effective marketing and publicity for your project or event. MGT efforts have resulted in millions of marketing impressions, over $1 million in media sponsorships, tens of thousands in annual attendance, and dozens of media articles and stories (including many live-feeds). Services include marketing plan development and implementation, press release writing and distribution, web and print design, spokes-person representation, VIP/celebrity booking and much more.
Resource & Contact Development
The MGT network is approaching 400 green/wellness contacts, including over 300 past event participants, and it is growing fast. Participants include 65 non-profit organizations representing sustainable food/farming, transportation, energy, buildings/homes, economic development, and others. MGT offers connection to relevant government resources and contacts at the local, county and state levels.
Program Development & Management
MGT managers have organized national, state-wide and local educational and community programming, featuring presentations by leading subject matter experts, VIPs and celebreties, as well as community-building "Connections Cafe'" roundtables.
Venue, AV, Logistics and Vendor Management
MGT managers have coordinated venue, outdoor facilities, equipment, furnishings, food service, AV and thousands of other products and services to produce a wide variety of successful educational and major events.
Website Development & Maintenance
MGT managers have developed websites for many organizations, events and projects, including the MI Earth Day Fest website which received over 60,000 hits in the 45 day run-up to the event. MGT has developed its member website (www.migreenteam.com) using the Wild Apricot CMS/CRM system. Although intended for primarily for member services, this website is already the most visited in its category in Michigan (see www.StatBrain.com). Wild Apricot offers rapid deployment and easy (user) maintenance of functional and content pages for a variety of member and guest services, including member registration and profiles, event calendar and regsitration, and much more. MGT can quickly and inexpensively apply this powerful web development system your projects, events and networks.
Administration & Accounting
MGT uses Quickbooks On-line for budgeting and all phases of accounting. A project account can be established quickly and at little cost, and updated by MGT and the customer, providing constantly updated reporting for the customer. Full administrative services, including contract development and management, are available as well.
Registration & Payment Processing
On-line attendee, presenter, sponsor and exhibitor registrations can be set-up by MGT and managed on-line by MGT and the customer. MGT can offer on-lione and manual registrant payment processing as well as check-in services.

MGT large and growing list of green/wellness service providers can be accessed for referrals, discounts and other preferential treatment for our project/event management customers.
